Claims up to £100,000:
£500 per party plus VAT (if applicable) for a seven hour mediation (10.30 -5.30) and includes up to 5 hours preparation. If extra time is involved time will be charged at the hourly rate of £100 per hour (or part hour) per party.
Claims between £100,000 and £300,000:
£1000 per party for a seven hour mediation (10.30 -5.30) and includes up to 5 hours preparation. If extra time is involved time will be charged at the hourly rate of £100 per hour (or part hour) per party.
Claims between £300,000 and £500,000:
£1500 per party for a seven hour mediation (10.30 -5.30) and includes up to 5 hours preparation. If extra time is involved time will be charged at the hourly rate of £100 per hour (or part hour) per party.
Claims above £500,000:
£2000 per party for a seven hour mediation (10.30 -5.30) and includes up to 5 hours preparation. If extra time is involved time will be charged at the hourly rate of £150 per hour (or part hour) per party.

The above fees includes travel time if the mediation takes place in the UK but any accommodation that is required for the mediation, any travel expenses and VAT will be charged in addition.
The parties have to arrange and pay for the necessary rooms for the mediation and arrange for refreshments.
