About

Mediation not litigation

Background

Chris Woodruff is a litigation solicitor with over 36 years of experience.  For 20 years he was head of litigation in the London office of a national firm based in the City of London.

Throughout his professional life he has been involved in the resolution of commercial disputes of all types and levels, from international arbitrations and High Court claims to disputes between business partners who have fallen out and disputes between individuals including disputes between neighbours.

He has always been fascinated by the dynamics of a dispute and finding the key to unlock what appears to be an intractable problem.  His aim has always been to attempt to resolve a dispute at the earliest possible stage.

Because he recognised the value of mediation he became an ADR Group accredited mediator in October 2005.

No dispute is too large or small and he is happy to travel to the parties.

He is very willing to discuss any particular problem on the telephone without obligation.
